I have been working in equipment management for over a decade, handling dozens of production lines of various sizes. This has allowed me to go from feeling confident to completely at ease, and eventually become friends with GEP ECOTECH.
As the equipment manager of a listed company, I have been searching for suitable shredding equipment for the company's copper oxide production line. A 30mm thick electrolytic copper plate is hard, thick, and tough, with high resistance when broken, and ordinary shredding equipment cannot bite it at all.

There are many rounds of industry competition that outsiders may not imagine. On the same track, everyone has similar technical routes, and in the end, they have to compete for cost and production capacity. The inability to improve front-end shredding efficiency means that the output per unit time is low and the processing cost per ton is high. No matter how the entire line is optimized later, a large part of the profit margin will also be eaten up. As the person in charge, I am more urgent than anyone else - the orders are waiting there, the production line is running low, the boss is urging me every day, and I sleep thinking about how to break through this bottleneck.
In order to solve this "hard bone" issue, we conducted extensive selection and testing work in the early stage. Some manufacturers, upon hearing our demands, shake their heads and say they cannot do it; Some tried hard, but as soon as the machine was turned on, they couldn't chew for a long time, making the scene awkward; Some of them have been damaged, but the results are unsatisfactory and cannot meet the production capacity requirements... After several twists and turns, our trust in domestic equipment has almost dropped to freezing point, and we didn't know where to find truly reliable manufacturers and equipment.
Just as we were encountering obstacles everywhere, we learned about GEP ECOTECH through the internet. To be honest, after repeatedly stepping on pitfalls, I have already developed a bit of 'test pilot PTSD'. I come from a technical background and don't like fancy marketing tactics. What concerns me the most is one sentence: "Can we break it or not?" In the face of my professional questioner, GEP ECOTECH's sales team did not boast or boast, but only gave a solid answer: "I believe in our technology, and if we can do technical evaluations, then we can definitely do it." This down-to-earth determination made me willing to give both parties a trial run opportunity.
We took the materials to GEP ECOTECH's factory. At the moment when the machine starts, it's false to say you're not nervous. Result - A 30mm thick electrolytic copper plate was inserted smoothly, with strong tearing and even discharge. There was no jamming throughout the entire process, and the machine passed the first test! I stood beside and watched for half an hour, the machine ran smoothly, the current was stable, and the sound was reassuring.

It only took 18 days from the first contact on January 8th to the signing of the contract on January 26th. It's not that we were hasty, it's just that the test results were there. They have the strength, and we don't have much to hesitate about.
But the project's progress has not been smooth sailing. After the equipment entered the site, new problems arose. To be honest, I'm not surprised by this situation. It's the first time non-standard equipment is on site, how can it be 100% perfect? What I really care about is whether the manufacturer will accept the payment and manage it? GEP ECOTECH's reaction gave me a peace of mind pill. They did not find objective reasons to evade, but instead optimized and solved each item until the equipment stabilized and met the standards. This is also where I most appreciate GEP ECOTECH. Good equipment not only performs well in laboratories and testing machines, but more importantly, it does not evade problems and is willing to root in the field to solve practical production pain points.

This set of equipment has been running steadily in our workshop for over a year. To give a few real numbers, the shredding efficiency has been improved by at least twice. It used to process three or four tons per hour, but now it has steadily increased to seven or eight tons; With the increase in production capacity, the unit processing cost has been significantly reduced; After booting up, there is basically no need for anyone to monitor, and running several shifts without any problems greatly reduces the pressure of operation and maintenance. Previously, there was anxiety about being unable to move and tested, but now there is a calm attitude towards stable operation and planned expansion, and the purchasing experience has completely reversed.

GEP ECOTECH has both the hard power to overcome difficult shredding conditions and the soft power to not shirk responsibility and take responsibility until the end. For us, finding such a reliable partner is truly rare!
