The GDT Series Double Shaft Tire Shredder is built on our proven double-shaft shredding platform and integrates a trommel screen directly into the machine. Designed for waste tire recycling, volume reduction and TDF/rubber chip production, its low-speed, high-torque drive and interlocking high-alloy cutters reliably process whole tires, truck tires and tough rubber waste. The integrated screening system improves return-material shredding and discharge efficiency, delivering the required output size in one pass.
That compact, integrated design simplifies line configuration and lowers initial investment. High-precision machining ensures stable operation, while high-alloy steel cutters can be rebuilt by built-up welding for repeated use. An intelligent control system reduces labor demand and operating losses, and customized configurations are available for different output requirements.
