Magnetic Separator

RCYD magnetic separator is a device that uses a strong magnetic field to adsorb and separate ferromagnetic materials mixed in the material. It can be used in conjunction with various types of belt conveyors, vibration conveyors, or chutes, and is generally installed at the head and middle of belt conveyors. The magnetic separator has a simple structure, strong magnetic field, high suction force, and is easy to maintain. Even in extremely harsh environments, it remains stable and reliable, with a low failure rate.

Overview

The magnetic separator is mainly composed of the reduction motor, active drum, driven drum, frame, magnets, iron unloading belt, etc. It is widely used in industries such as cement, electricity, mining, metallurgy, ceramics, chemical industry, glass, papermaking, sugar making, food, and solid waste disposal.

When the conveyed material passes under the magnetic separator, the ferromagnetic materials mixed in the material are firmly adsorbed on the iron unloading belt under its strong magnetic attraction. Due to the continuous operation of the belt, when the ferromagnetic materials adsorbed on it pass through the non-magnetic zone, they fall into the iron collection box under the action of gravity, thereby achieving the goal of continuous automatic iron removal.
