Tire Wire Separator

GFT series tire wire separator consists of motor, reducer, rotating cutter roller, chamber, frame, screen, hydraulic auxiliary mechanism, etc. The machine shreds the pre-processed waste tire rubber blocks (50-80mm) into 16-30mm grains, separating the steel wire and some fibers from the rubber in the shredding process.

Overview

The GFT tire wire separator processes the rubber block to a smaller particle size through the shearing and crushing action of the file on the rotary knife roller and the file on the box. At the same time, the steel wire and some fibers are screened and separated from the rubber during the crushing process of the rubber block. The bottom of the steel wire separator is equipped with a screen, and the material smaller than the screen hole will fall through the screen; the material larger than the screen hole will remain in the crushing chamber, and will be crushed again until it is crushed to be smaller than the screen hole and falls out.

Available for small car tires ≤ 800mm, large car tires ≥ 900mm, pneumatic and solid tires, radial and bias tires and many other tires.


Features

The reducer is used to drive the cutter rotor, which is stable in operation and low in vibration.

The box body is integrally processed by a high-precision CNC machining center, to ensure that the equipment can be in stable operation with high load for a long time.

Wear resistant steel plates are used at the easily worn parts, to improve the overall wear resistance and effectively reduce the maintenance cycle and cost of the equipment.

The main shaft is made of high-strength alloy steel, which is quenched and tempered as a whole, to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

The cutters can be disassembled and installed independently, with short time and fast replacement; The fixed cutters can be repaired and used for many times, with strong interchangeability and long service life.

The blade gaps can be adjusted according to the type and thickness of materials, so as to achieve better crushing effect.

The upper and lower chassis are hinged, which can be opened or closed by hydraulic pressure to facilitate the repair and maintenance of the cutter rotor.

The screen is opened or closed by hydraulic drive, which can be quickly replaced and maintained.
