RDF Pelleting Mill

RDF pelleting mill can be used for processing industrial leftovers from shoe/clothing processing plants, papermaking scum, domestic waste, agricultural and forestry waste, etc. The processed fuel rods can be used in garbage power plants, cement plants and various industrial boilers.

GPM series RDF pelleting mill is composed of frame, motor, feed inlet, transmission system, pressing roller, ring mold, electric heating ring, discharge outlet, etc.

The forming molds are closely arranged in a circular layout, and a material forming channel is formed between two adjacent molds. In this way, the whole machine forms a material forming channel with radial distribution. The forming pressing wheel is driven by the main force to perform planetary movement, driving the material to feed into the mold inlet. In the process of the pressing wheel gradually approaching the cutting point of the mold, the fed materials are squeezed into the mold channel under the normal pressure of the pressing wheel, and the pressure is continuously formed in the channel. Finally, the mold is produced in the form of finished products, and the entire molding process is completed.
