Common Disposal Process

The common and efficient process for garden waste disposal is as follows: Initially, the collected waste is fed onto the Chain Plate Conveyor, which steadily transports it into the Double Shaft Shredder for primary size reduction. Sometimes, it can be replaced by a Drum Chipper. Optionally, a Hammer Mill can be added for fine shredding. Subsequently, a Belt Conveyor moves the cleaned fragments for further handling or temporary storage. Throughout this process, a Pulse Dust Collector (often installed optionally) effectively controls dust, ensuring an environmentally friendly operation. This streamlined setup enables automated, continuous processing, transforming bulky garden waste into manageable, recyclable material.

Note: This outlined process represents a general configuration, which is customizable to meet specific feedstock and final product requirements.
