These drawbacks directly drive up operating costs—manual duty requires 8 workers/shift, significant energy waste, and environmental fines due to dust emissions. As the project leader, I am well aware that stability is the lifeline of cogeneration, and one shutdown can mean hundreds of thousands of yuan in losses.
