Bulky waste take people great difficulties during the daily life, for example, when you want to change a new mattress, how do dispose the old one? Throw it directly? Or other way? If the old mattress is very bad, you can only throw it away directly, but the mattress take large place, will take bad influence to our living environment. So we should have a suitable way to dispose the bulky waste. In this background, many people is doing this bulky waste recycling business. So we often receive enquiry from our customers that how much is a bulky waste shredder?Actually it is not a easy questions, because many factors will influence the price of the bulky waste shredder, for example, what kind of bulky waste it is? Wood furniture? Mattress? According to different material, the shredder model and the shredder design will be different. And what's the final shredded size demand? Some customers will need below 100mm products, some customers only need to reduce the volume. The design will be totally different. And also

Biomass now is used widely for electric power generation, mainly using agricultural, forestry and industrial waste as raw materials, the heat created by combustion makes steam drive turbine to generate electricity. The development of biomass energy has long been a global trend,in developed countries, the position of biomass energy is extremely important. Countries all over the world have begun to actively develop clean renewable energy, vigorously promote straw and other biomass power generation.Philippines has rich biomass resources, it can make great contribution to the electric power generation, so a good way to recycle the biomass is very important. Last month, we delivered several biomass shredder to Philippines, there is a serious shortage of power supply in the location of this biomass power station project, compared with wind and solar power generation, biomass fuel power generation project is very popular as one of renewable energy. Located in the tropics, is a large agricultural country, making

When we say bulky waste, do you know what is bulky waste, bulky waste refers to the waste that weighs more than 5 kilograms, larger than 0.2 cubic meters, or longer than 1 meter which has strong integrity and needs to be disassembled for reuse or disposal, Such as waste sofa, mattress, furniture, green waste, industrial tray, decoration waste that can not easy to be collected, transported and recycled.Bulky waste is not easy for recycling, first, it is very heavy, and if throw it directly, it will take many land that will influence our living environment, but if we have good recycling method, the environment will be better caused by bulky waste, but also many materials in the bulky waste can be reused after disposal. So it is important to develop a good bulky waste recycling solution.Gep Ecotech spend long time to discuss with our customers to know the key point of bulky waste recycling, based on these experience, we designed bulky waste recycling system like this: GEP bulky waste disposal production line

When you do the waste tire recycling business, when you are ready to purchase the waste tire shredder, you may compare many suppliers to compare there quality. But do you know what's the key component of a waste tire recycling plant will influence the quality? Let's have a look through the double shaft shredder used in waste tire recycling.First important part of the tire shredder is the main shaft, the main shaft undertake the pressure of material shredding, so the main shaft material and the design is very important. GEP Ecotech tire shredder use high quality main shaft material, which with big torque and strong impact resistance.Secondary important part is the movable cutter, the movable cutter plays important role during tire shredding, GEP Ecotech use imported Nicrmo alloy steel, the hardness is high, can shred many difficult material and has long working time. And can be repaired for there times after worn, the totally service is about 2 year, which greatly reduced the cost of operation. The third

Usually the biomass shredder line is made by a complete system, including the delivery system, the shredder system, the electric control system and other accessory equipment, now let me introduce how is the biomass shredder line working? The biomass raw materials such as sugar cane skin, tree skin, and branches of various crops are transported to the workshop. The biomass raw materials are stacked for feeding, and then are fed to the double shaft shredder, the upper pusher will push the material to the shredding chamber for shredding. During the operation of the shredder, the intelligent control system suspends the operation of the chain conveyor, and some raw materials are temporarily stored on the conveyor to ensure the continuous materials feeding, and to avoid the equipment failure caused by the raw material accumulation at the mouth of the shredder. The broken biomass raw materials are concentrated on a discharge conveyor, and the output biomass fuel will be processed in the next step. Usually it will be
