With the society development, we all know the importance of solid waste recycling, we are doing more and more to do solid waste recycling to reduce the pollution to our beautiful earth caused by all kinds of solid wastes. So we are exploring more better way to do the solid waste recycling. Many technique and machine will be used in solid waste recycling process, today I will introduce several common shredders in solid waste recycling.Primary shredder: GP series hydraulic primary shredder is one of the main shredding equipment with high production efficiency for solid waste shredding, which is mostly used in the first process of various solid waste shredding. The two-shaft shredder is mainly composed of main shaft, cutters, middle counter cutters, shredding chamber, power system, etc. The cutter rollers are directly driven by low speed and high torque dual hydraulic motors. The material is treated by shearing, tearing and pulling by the interaction between the moving cutters and the middle counter cutters. It

Everyday, we will use many plastic package, and make many plastic waste, but we don't have good way to dispose it, many plastic waste are dumped to the ocean directly, The Ocean Conservancy reported that China, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam dump more plastic in the sea than all other countries combined, but this will make great damage to our environment, thus many countries have rules to reduce the use of plastic, but at the same time, the good way to dispose plastic waste is also very important.Since almost all plastic is non-biodegradable,recyclingcan be part of reducing plastic in the waste stream. This is important, for example, for reducing the approximately 8 million metric tons ofwaste plasticthat enters the Earth's ocean every year. However, because of the complexity of recycling, a substantial amount of plastic that is collected for recycling is processed in other ways, such as throughtrash incineration.GEP ECOTECH have rich experience on plastic waste pre-treatment, let me introduce

Steel wire separator is mainly used for crushing and separating rubber and steel wires in the process of tire disposal, which is widely used in tire shredding and processing production line. The steel wire separator can separate most of the rubber particles of steel wire from the rubber block, and the separation rate can reach 95-98%, and the proportion of residual rubber in the steel wire is 2-3%. The steel wire separator is suitable for all steel wire tires on the market at present. Of course, it mainly deals with the fine steel wire of tire tread, but not for the thick steel wire of bead.GFM series tire steel wire separator is a kind of equipment independently developed by GEP ECOTECH, aiming at the rising trend of waste tire recycling and combining with practical experience. GFM series tire steel wire separator consists of motor, reducer, rotary cutter roller, shredding chamber, frame, screen, hydraulic auxiliary device, etc. The separator can crush the waste tire rubber blocks (50-100mm) into 15-30mm
