There are two types of methods for converting crushed glass into other useful materials, one is heating type and the other is non-heating type. Let's take a look at it below.Non-heatedNon-heated utilization is also called mechanical utilization. The specific method is to directly smash according to the use situation or to first wash, sort, and dry the recycled worn-out glass, and then use mechanical methods to pulverize them into small particles. Or grinding and processing into small glass balls for later use. There are several ways to use them:① Use glass fragments as a combination of road surfaces, building bricks, glass wool insulation materials and honeycomb structural materials;②The crushed glass is directly stirred and mixed with the components of the building materials to form a prefabricated analysis of the overall building;③The crushed container glass can also be used to make reflector materials and clothing decorations;④Used to decorate the surface of the building to make it have a beautiful

The number of scrapped new energy power lithium batteries is increasing. Completely scrapped new energy lithium batteries can be recycled into lithium battery raw materials through equipment crushing and decomposition, which can reduce pollution and realize resource reuse. This recycling process will use shredding machine. So which shredder is used for lithium battery recycling? Let's take a brief look. How do lithium batteries crush?Pour the waste lithium battery into the feed bin of the shredder. At this time, the pushing device squeezes the material downward to speed up the material crushing and improve the crushing efficiency. The lithium battery is broken into small pieces by the main shredder and output through the discharge hopper. Because lithium batteries are flammable and explosive, in order to ensure safe operation throughout the process, professional fire-fighting equipment is required. What kind of shredder is suitable for shredding used lithium batteries?Dual shaft shredders are often used to

Copper wire crusher is also called copper wire shredder. Copper wire crusher is a kind of pretreatment equipment for separating and shredding old wires, cables, and waste copper wires. It can solve the problem of old wires, cables, and copper wires occupying space and resources and causing serious pollution to the environment. The crusher can well shred electronic waste such as copper wires, waste cables, USB data cables, and automobile cables into 10-120mm granularity for use in copper sorting operations or the collection of electronic components.Difficulties of common shredders to crush copper wireWe all know that common shredders include single-shaft shredders, double-shaft shredders, and four-shaft shredders. Considering that the copper wire is easily wound on the cylindrical object during the rotation, we do not recommend the use of ordinary double-shaft shredder or four-shaft shredder for copper wire. Because their cutting shafts are easily entangled and jammed.Of course, the double-shaft shredder also

Nowadays, people are paying more and more attention to waste recycling, treatment and reuse, and there are many common used tires around. Many people are ready to invest in waste tire recycling projects in order to make profits. However, we have to consider many issues before starting a waste tire recycling project. One of them is the selection of waste tire disposal equipment, because the selection of equipment is directly related to the efficiency of the production line, which in turn affects the profitability of the waste tire recycling project. So which treatment equipment is the ideal choice for waste tire recycling projects? Let us take a look at a waste tire recycling project in Southeast Asia. Background introduction of waste tire recycling project in Southeast AsiaThe waste tire recycling project in Southeast Asia mainly shreds car tires and truck tires. The customer purchases GEP waste tire disposal equipment, which is mainly used for the crushing pretreatment of tire cracking and oil refining and
READ MOREIf the raw material composition is mainly corn dry yellow straw and rice straw, etc. The technical requirements for biomass crushing of biogas fermentation: continuous working processing output: ≥10t/h (crushing output); after processing, 90% of the output size is required to be less than 30mm, and try to screen out dirt, small sand and other impurities. The operating environment temperature is ±30℃, and the total installed power is not more than 400KW. According to this requirement, what kind of shredder is suitable for biogas fermentation and biomass crushing? Undoubtedly, the double shaft shredder is an ideal choice. The double-shaft shredder is also known as the shearing shredder. It reduces the size of the material through shearing, tearing and squeezing. The shredder is widely used in the treatment of agricultural and forestry waste, household garbage, and large garbage waste . The straw processing particle size can reach 1-10CM, and the processing capacity is 1-100 tons per hour.Features of the special

Hard disk, also known as disk drive, hard disk drive or hard disk drive (HDD), is a data storage device widely used in computers, laptops, mobile phones, servers, etc. Every year a large number of second-hand computers, laptops, mobile phones, etc. are discarded. As a result, the hard drives inside these electronic products become e-waste. Hard drive recycling is a good solution. The hard disk shredder makes the entire recycling easier. As a data storage device, a hard disk contains a lot of commercial and/or commercial security data and personal private information. Simply deleting the data from the hard drive is not enough, because the data can still be easily retrieved using recovery software.Shredding is a key process in disposing of old hard drives. First, the hard disk is cut into small pieces by a hard disk shredder, and then the hard disk is completely destroyed through this process, and cannot be restored, thus well protecting the data security. Hard disk drives are mainly composed of plastic parts

Kitchen waste accounts for more than half of domestic waste, and food waste disposal has become an issue of increasing concern. Today we will introduce how many processes the food waste disposal goes through. There are a total of four steps in the treatment of kitchen waste, 1. Pretreatment. 2. Carry out oil-water separation, and the separated oil is made into biodiesel. 3. Crush the leftovers, carry out anaerobic fermentation, and then separate the leftovers from wet and dry, and send the dry garbage to incineration after dehydration. In the fourth step, the rest is subjected to anaerobic fermentation and discharged into the sewage pipe network after reaching the sewage discharge standard.Introduction of GEP ECOTECH Kitchen Waste Disposal Production LineThe GEP kitchen waste disposal production line is a kitchen waste resource utilization and harmless treatment system with large processing capacity, advanced technology and high resource utilization.GEP's intelligent kitchen waste treatment adopts a process

Waste from paper mills contains a lot of iron wires. Most of the iron wires are entangled with plastics, which makes it difficult to separate and recycle directly. Therefore, the plastics and iron wires must be broken before recycling, and then separated and recycled. Through the waste shredding and sorting system of the paper mill, the metal, plastic and pulp can be separated from the materials. The metal smelting can be reused, the plastic can be used for re-granulation, and the pulp is used as the raw material of recycled paper; it realizes resource regeneration and creates value while protecting the environment.According to customer needs, GEP ECOTECH has successfully developed and produced a complete paper mill waste recycling system, which can separate the metal, plastic, pulp and other materials in the twisted rope and slag, and achieve more than 96%-99% recycling. How does the paper mill waste shredding and sorting system work？First, through the GEP ECOTECH double-shaft shearing shredder, the fine
