Specially designed for a leading environmental engineering firm in China, this project processes bulky waste such as mattresses, sofas, and green waste at 4–6 t/h, with output size of around 200–300mm. The system adopts a metal chain conveyor to feed a low‑speed, high‑torque dual‑shaft shredder for primary shredding, then a belt conveyor moves material to a magnetic separator for iron removal, with remaining fractions sent off‑site for incineration; an intelligent dust removal system keeps the plant clean. Built with patented anti‑jamming fixed cutters, heavy‑duty integral cutter box, and CrNiMo high alloy movable cutters lasting 3–5 times longer than ordinary ones, plus the GI intelligent system for real‑time monitoring and fault alerts, the line achieves high throughput, high efficiency, and low manual intervention.
