The RDF fuel produced is in granular form, with a diameter of 30mm and a length of about 50mm. Its moisture content is controlled at around 13%, and its heat generation is close to that of coal, making it easy to store. It is popular among garbage power plants and cement plants.

Structural Composition

The RDF forming machine is composed of a frame, an electric motor, a feeding port, a transmission system, a pressure roller, a ring mold, an electric heating ring, a discharge port, and other parts.

Operational Principle

The forming molds are tightly arranged in a circular layout, forming a material forming channel between two adjacent molds. In this way, the entire machine forms a radial distribution of material forming channels. The forming press wheel performs planetary motion under the driving force, driving the material to be fed into the mold inlet. As the pressure roller gradually approaches the point of cutting into the mold, the fed material is squeezed into the mold channel under the normal pressure of the pressure roller, and continues to stack within the channel to form pressure. Finally, it exits the mold as a finished product and completes the entire forming process.

Requirements for Raw Materials

The raw materials shall not be mixed with substances such as soil, sand, stones, metals, etc. to ensure the quality of the finished product and the safety of the use of molds and rollers; The length of raw material crushing should be controlled within the range of 50mm~80mm to ensure the minimum resistance between the machine and the module during production, reduce reactive power loss, and increase production yield; When inputting raw materials, it is necessary to continuously maintain a constant amount and mix evenly to ensure smooth machine operation.
