50 TPH C&D Waste Recycling Project in Jiangxi, China

This project processes mixed construction and decoration waste into four standard fractions: 0–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–20 mm, and 20–31.5 mm. The core process integrates a jaw crusher, magnetic separator, trommel screen, wind sifter, manual sorting station, impact crusher, vibrating screen, and pulse dust collector. Final aggregates are used for permeable brick production, while light fractions are directed to incineration. The solution fully met performance expectations, delivering stable output quality and efficient resource recovery. Despite a tight schedule and heavy workload, the project was completed on time with high standards, earning strong customer recognition for both equipment reliability and overall service capability.
