Pre-treatment process of waste tire shredding.After the coarser steel wires are extracted from both sides of the tire by the tire wire extraction machine, the tire will be transported into the hopper of the twin shaft shredder through the heavy metal chain conveyor, the rotor in the cutter box will be driven by the motor + reducer to shred and shear the tire into blocks, the tire rubber blocks sheared into small pieces will fall onto the drum screen, the rubber blocks smaller than the aperture of the screen will fall onto the output equipment for the next process, the rubber blocks larger than the aperture of the screen will be returned to the hopper for the second shredded. The crushed rubber blocks are discharged from the discharge belt conveyor and the final discharge is fed directly into the cracking and refining plant.
