Pre-Shredding of MSW, Bulky Waste and Biological Waste in Poland

This project is a MSW(Municipal Solid Waste) pre-treatment production line with an annual treatment capacity of 300,000 tons provided by the customer, for one of the largest municipal service enterprises in Poland. It mainly adopts pre-shredding + sorting + secondary fine shredding, to meet the requirements for the recycling of recyclable materials and landfill disposal. We supplied hydraulic primary shredder to the customer. The direct drive of hydraulic motor, high-strength materials, hardening process and specially designed large torque provide strong guarantee for safe and stable shredding. The customer said that the equipment output was up to standard, the replacement cycle of wearing parts was long, and the service was excellent.
