The GRT tire bead wire puller is a patented equipment (patent number: ZL 2020 2 1197406.0) that pulls out large strands of steel wire on both sides of the tire in one go and smoothly separates the steel wire and rubber. Its purpose is to facilitate the shredding or cutting of the subsequent process, usually located in the first step of the tire disposal process. Its appearance has solved the problem of low operating efficiency of existing tire threading machines.
The tire bead wire puller is used to pull the steel wire ring on the inner side of the tire, preparing for the next tire shredding process. It mainly consists of the electric motor, hydraulic system, pulling hook, cross plate, machine body, control handle, guide wheel, etc. It is mainly suitable for recycling waste tires.
The tire bead wire puller is driven by the electric motor to drive the hydraulic system and oil cylinder, and the pulling hook is connected to the oil cylinder rod. Due to the motion of the oil pump and oil cylinder, the pulling hook does reciprocating motion. Place the tire in the pulling tab, extend the pulling hook out of the pulling tab, hook onto the inner steel wire of the tire, and then activate the button. Due to the strong pulling force of the oil cylinder, the entire steel wire is pulled out, and the rubber on the tire side is torn due to the pulling tab, thus achieving the purpose of separating the steel wire from the tire.
