Screw Dehydrator

The GCP series screw dehydrator is a national patented equipment that utilizes physical extrusion for dehydration and solid-liquid separation (patent number: ZL 2020 2 1195053.0). The equipment has the characteristics of high strength, high load-bearing pressure, non-clogging, corrosion and wear resistance, convenient maintenance, long service life, etc., successfully solving the problem of dehydration of high capacity and viscosity materials.

Overview

The screw dehydrator is composed of the feeding hopper, extrusion screw, extrusion chamber, water collection tank, drainage outlet, slag discharge outlet, and driving device. By extruding to remove moisture and reduce the volume of waste, it can be used for dehydration of food waste, fruit and vegetable waste, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, pulp, organic matter, and biogas slurry residue.

Its working principle is that the material entering through the feeding hopper is pushed forward through the screen by the screw. By reducing the pitch or the depth of the screw, the volume of the material gradually decreases in the screen. Under the extrusion of the screw and screen, the extruded liquid is collected into the water collection tank through the filter screen of the extrusion chamber, and then discharged through the drainage port. The extruded material is discharged through the slag discharge port.

Adopting variable frequency drive, the speed can be adjusted according to the material, and the material adaptability is wide.

High compression ratio, high dehydration rate, and no blockage or entanglement, allowing for continuous production.

Adopting a fully enclosed connection with good sealing effect, it can ensure that sludge, wastewater, and odors do not leak out of the casing.

The tail of the slag discharge adopts air pressure regulation to adjust the extrusion pressure of the material, which is easy to maintain and easy to control.

The entire machine is made of high wear-resistant materials, with high strength, good corrosion resistance, and long service life.
