Bulky Waste Shredding and Disposal System

The disposal system of bulky waste is mainly composed of heavy chain conveyor, double shaft shearing shredder, iron separator, dust suppression system, intelligent control system and so on. Bulky waste is a kind of domestic garbage which is difficult to dispose. It is inconvenient to clear and transport, and the transportation cost is high. Conventional sanitation has not included this part in the collection and transportation system. In order to solve the problem of garbage siege, according to the characteristics of bulky waste, GEP has developed and designed an intelligent production line of bulky waste shredding and disposal system combined with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and intelligent technology.

GW Series Mobile Type Solid Waste Shredder

GW series mobile solid waste shredding station is based on advanced shredding technology from North America. It integrates mobile chassis, feeding, shredding, transportation, magnetic separation and other process equipment. It is independently developed and designed. Its design concept is to fully consider various material crushing, eliminate the impact of crushing site, environment, foundation, disposal capacity, power and other factors on production, and provides customers with mobile and simple operation. GD Series Double-shaft Shearing Type Shredder

GD series double-shaft shearing crusher uses the principle of shearing and tearing between two relatively rotating cutters to crush materials. Using "double motor + double planetary reducer", the power is strong and the operation stability is high. It is often used in environmental protection fields such as municipal solid waste disposal, resource regeneration, waste incineration pretreatment and so on. The equipment has the characteristics of low speed, large torque, large shearing force, good tearing effect, low noise and good stability.

GE Series Europe Type Fine Shredder

GE series Europe type fine shredder is a new upgraded version of fine shredder.
