Biomass power generation
Biomass power generation is the use of biomass energy to generate electricity.
Biomass power generation is based on crop straw and forest waste as raw material for shredding pretreatment, then transport them to boiler for incineration power generation. The ash generated by combustion can be processed into fertilizer and returned to field. Biomass shredding disposal
Before the agricultural and forestry wastes become heat energy or electric energy, the straw needs to be shredded, then burned. The biomass shredding is an important part of biomass cogeneration project.

GEP biomass shredding and disposal production line is mainly composed of multiple double-shaft shearing shredder, chain plate conveyor, belt conveyor, GI intelligent monitoring system and dust removal system. This production line is the first choice for biomass power plants. It adopts chain plate with intelligent feeding and can automatically adjust the feeding speed according to the load of main motor. The equipment has high feeding and shredding efficiency, which make the feeding smoother, avoids idling, and greatly improves the output.
How does the intelligent biomass shredding production line work?
The agricultural and forestry wastes enter the double-shaft shredder by chain plate conveyor, then pushed into shredder by the upper pusher. GI intelligent monitoring system will suspends according to the materials are continuously supplied in sufficient quantities in order to avoid shredder failures caused by the accumulation of biomass raw materials in shredder chamber. The shredder biomass will send by discharge belt conveyor and process in the next step.
