Domestic workshop covers an area of more than 8,000 square meters, has more than 100 precision CNC machining centers with complete models, and has the ability to independently produce and process the all of the core components of solid waste shredding equipment.

1.Bulky waste shredding and disposal system
Bulky waste crushing and disposal system is mainly composed of heavy duty chain conveyor, double-shaft shearing type shredder, iron remover, dust control system, intelligent control system and so on. Because it is inconvenient to clear and transport, and the transportation cost is high, bulky waste is difficult to dispose. Conventional sanitation has not included this part in the collection and transportation system. In order to solve the problem of garbage siege, according to the characteristics of bulky waste, GEP ECOTECH has developed and designed an intelligent production line of bulky waste shredding and disposal system combined with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and intelligent technology.
2.GV series tower type hazardous waste intelligent shredding system
GV series tower type hazardous waste intelligent shredding system is a set of intelligent, modular and one-stop hazardous waste pretreatment solution independently developed by GEP ECOTECH according to the characteristics of hazardous waste disposal, which integrates lifting system, storage bin, safety protection system, crushing system, fire fighting system, intelligent control system and maintenance system. It not only provides customers with specialized services of intelligent shredding, at the same time, a high-quality fire protection system has been designed jointly with professional fire companies, and professional design and treatment has been done in the aspects of anti-corrosion, anti-leakage, anti-explosion of equipment, in order to achieve the whole process of safety prevention and control from feeding to shredding, and ensure the efficient and stable operation of the shredding line.
3.Brief Introduction of GZS Series Roller Screen
GZS series roller screen are used for separating materials smaller than the required size. The screen tray adopts a dish-shaped structure. Roller of roller screening machine rotated by driving equipment. When material enters the equipment, the material smaller than the clearance of screen tray falls into the lower collection belt from the clearance and is transported out of the equipment by the collection belt, the material larger than the clearance will be transported to the next process. Roller screening technology is especially suitable for sorting: shredded domestic waste, industrial waste, bulk refuse derived fuel; it can also be used in the production process of waste rubber sorting, waste paper sorting, waste plastics sorting, RDF preparation and other renewable resources sorting and reuse.
