GSD series double-shaft fine shredder
The double-shaft fine shredder adopts the symmetrical design structure of double cutter roller. In the production process of low speed and high torque, there will be no phenomenon of winding shaft or clamping equipment, thus improving the production efficiency. The material can fall into the broken area of the cutter group naturally through the feed bin. Without the need of pushing device, the feed can be automatically provided at the same speed for each chip cutter roller. The tool holder and tool are bolt fixed on the spindle, and can be designed in detachable way to ensure the dynamic balance of the spindle, low vibration, low noise and high efficiency. It has the advantages of uniform discharge and controllable size, and is suitable for crushing and disposal of various large volume, soft and hard materials.
