On December 1st, the domestic waste sorting center of Zhongyuan District was put into trial operation, which is the first domestic waste sorting center in Zhengzhou. The completion and operation of this project is an important practice to solve the besieged by garbage dilemma. It also marks a new stage of waste classification and disposal.
As the first domestic waste collaborative disposal base in Henan Province, this sorting center is planned to accept domestic waste of the whole Zhongyuan District based on the principle of reduction, recycling and harmlessness. After the sorting center is put into operation, the recyclables, kitchen waste and hazardous waste can be preliminary sorted, shredded, squeezed and temporarily stored. Taking kitchen waste as an example, the sorting center is designed to deal with about 600 tons of domestic waste in full load operation every day, which can meet the needs of kitchen waste treatment after classification in Zhongyuan District.
Optimize waste treatment process and solve the issue of classified disposal
In the aspect of bulky(garden) waste disposal, such as waste sofas and mattresses can achieve finely sorted, reduce in volume and reduce in transportation cost through GEP bulky(garden) waste disposal line. After the bulky waste(garden waste) is shredded and sorted, the recyclables will be turn into wealth for reuse, and the non-recyclables will be collected and waiting for the next disposal.
In the aspect of waste textile disposal, the waste textile is sorted and classified, then shredded through the waste textile disposal line, and transported into the workshop along the belt conveyor for packaging. These shredded materials are transferred to the next disposal process for treatment to realize the rational application of resources.
In the aspect of kitchen waste disposal, the kitchen waste is sent to the disposal line by the grab crane. First, the kitchen waste is shredded by Bag-breaking Machine and primary shredder, then the metal is sorted by magnetic separator. The kitchen waste after shredding and sorting will be sent to fine shredder and separation equipment for separation of organic matter and inorganic matter. Finally, the organic matter is pressed and dehydrated by screw press, then transported out for further resource-based and harmless disposal. The sewage is treated by the sewage disposal system and discharge after standard.
Big data intelligent monitoring system to realize information control automation
In the big data monitoring room of sorting center, we can see the data information, such as waste collection amount, the use of resident scorecard, waste classification coverage, etc., which are displayed on the large screen accurately. Waste classification is clear. Staff can monitor waste classification, transportation and other situations in real time through the intelligent supervision cloud platform.
With intelligent supervision cloud platform of waste classification and information technology, Zhongyuan District domestic waste sorting center scientifically and efficiently supervised the waste classification projects, so as to ensure the accuracy of waste classification, strengthen the management of sorting center in the aspects of scheduling intelligence, system operation energy saving, scientific decision-making, etc., so as to better promote the implementation of waste classification.
In addition, all kinds of waste disposal lines are equipped with GEP GI intelligent monitoring system, which realizes the management and control integration of high efficiency, energy saving, safety and environment protection of the solid waste shredding production line. The operation data of the domestic waste disposal production line is uploaded to the cloud data center in real time, the overall and partial details of the production line are checked online through the PC Client or Mobile App, so as to grasp the operation status of the equipment in time.
From January 1 next year, the measures of Zhengzhou for the classification and management of municipal solid waste will be put into effect. Domestic waste divided first and then mixed has always been the short board of waste classification, the domestic sorting center which is speeding up construction in each district can solve this problem well.
