First, let'sintroduce the general composition of the tire:
1 Rubber - Natural rubber, synthetic rubber and recycled rubber.
2 Rubber mix - vulcanizing agent, reinforcing filler, anti-aging agent and softener.
3 Textile material - cord and canvas.
4 Metal material -- bead wire and wire cord.
Tire composition is complex, more than 200 kinds. Through the composition of the tire we can make an analysis of the disposal of a large number of obsolete tires every year.
Today we introduce the first disposal process of tires-tire cracking. The process is as following:
1 Recycle the obsolete tyres
2 Pulling our the bead wire

4 The tyre chips blocks transported to the pyrolysis furnace.
5 Tire oil/heavy oil is produced after anaerobic high temperature cracking. The oil produced is mainly used for fuel or sold to refineries, which are refined to obtain gasoline and diesel. At the same time, carbon black, wire/wire and non-condensing gas are also cracked. A ton of waste tire can crack 40% of cracking oil ,32% of carbon black ,20% of wire wool ,8% of non-condensing gas.
