Rotary Drum Screen

GTS series rotary drum screen is a kind of screening equipment for screening according to the particle size of the material, mainly composed of motor, reducer, drum device, frame, sealing cover, inlet and outlet, etc. The overall structure is sturdy, high permeability, the screen holes are not easily blocked and the screening effect is good. Overview

The rotary drum screen is mostly used for urban domestic waste, landfill waste, industrial solid waste, construction waste, but also for mining, power plants, building materials, metallurgy and other industries.

The electric motor is connected to the drum unit by a coupling through a reducer, driving the drum device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum device, the material on the screen surface is turned and rolled due to the inclination and rotation of the drum device, so that the smaller material (the product under the screen) is discharged through the screen mesh of the outer circle of the drum and the oversize material (the product on the screen) is discharged through the end of the drum.
