Pre-Sorter Machine

The pre-sorting machine is mainly used for the sorting of food waste, its discharge particle size ≤ 60mm, to achieve effective sorting of large and coarse materials such as glass bottles, plates, dishes, plastics and other debris, and to reduce the wear and tear on the equipment and processing difficulties in the later process.

The power output is achieved through the power unit, which transmits the torque to the oscillating device, driving the oscillating device to make an oscillating movement above the screening device, thus sorting the material in the screening device. Due to the presence of the oscillating device, the material passing through the screen has a downward pressure, avoiding the hidden problem of blocking the screen and achieving continuous operation of the equipment.
